Our Founding Principal

Hello!

My name is Erica Walters and I am excited to be on this journey with you and your student.

As Founding Principal of Mater Academy Columbus, my goal is to create a school community where your family feels welcome and safe the minute you step onto the Mater Academy Columbus campus. We will provide excellent instruction in every classroom where your child can learn and be successful for years to come!
There will be plenty of ways to get involved in your child's academic pathway.

About me: My husband Shawn and I have been married for 15 years and are proud parents of Jordan (age 11) and Riley (age 4).
Recently we moved into our new home in central Ohio and are all excited to join the family at Mater Academy Columbus.
Charley Barley—our goldendoodle—is very excited to play in the autumn leaves and snow now that he lives up north!
